The resources in this section include information about the laws and regulations that apply to your shop. You will also find information you may need to know about BAR policies and procedures.

TIP! If you have questions about specific laws or regulations, or how your shop can do a better job, call your BAR field office. They can answer your questions, and offer educational resources to improve your business practices, such as the “Write it Right - Guide for the Auto Body Repair Dealer” and the “Write it Right - Guide for Automotive Repair Dealers”.
